What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Manager:
*Managing a substantial portfolio of residential properties
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
*Coordinating maintenance issues and arranging appropriate contractors
*Managing tenancy renewals and supporting the relevant tenancy processes
*Handling property inspections and ensuring accurate records are maintained
*Resolving issues effectively while delivering a high level of customer service
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
*Previous experience in residential property management
*A minimum of 12 months’ experience in a similar role
*Strong knowledge of residential lettings processes and notices
*Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
*A confident and professional telephone manner
*Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
*The ability to prioritise and remain calm under pressure
*A full UK driving licence
