Full job descriptionA fantastic opportunity for an experienced Payroll & Benefits professional to support payroll and employee benefits administration across multiple international locations. This role focuses on ensuring accurate payroll processing, regulatory compliance, employee support, and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
*Support end-to-end payroll processing across multiple countries.
*Coordinate with payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery.
*Process starters, leavers, salary changes, bonuses, commissions and statutory payments.
*Administer employee benefits programmes, including pensions, healthcare and insurance schemes.
*Act as a key contact for payroll and benefits queries from employees and stakeholders.
*Ensure compliance with payroll legislation, data protection requirements and internal controls.
*Produce payroll and benefits reports and support audit activities.
*Maintain HR and payroll system data and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
About You
*Previous payroll experience, ideally across multiple countries or regions.
*Knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
*Experience administering employee benefits.
*Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
*Experience with payroll systems and HR platforms.
*Professional payroll qualification (or working towards) desirable.
