Full job descriptionOur wonderful client, a top tier finance firm is seeking an experienced and highly capable EA to support the London CEO. We are seeking an Executive Assistant with at least 5+ years’ experience supporting in an incredibly fast-paced environment, ideally within the investment banking or private equity industries. You will be well-versed in managing an ever-changing diary, incredibly complex calendars, and coordinating international travel with ease. You will be able to hit the ground running and be confident in your EA skillset whilst keeping calm under pressure and building strong relationships across the firm. Based in Central London with absolutely gorgeous offices, within a supportive EA team, and for a company with a fabulous reputation.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
*Managing the CEO’s constantly changing diary
*Complex agenda management and comprehensive international travel coordination
*Expenses, events management, ad hoc project support
WHO YOU ARE
*Experienced EA with 5+ years’ experience
*Investment banking or private equity experience
*Muck in, hardworking attitude, heads down but personable approach to ’get things done’
*Highly organised, top tier communication skills, and very strong EA skillset
This role is paying up to £70k plus bonus and benefits. They are office based 4 days a week and core hours are 9-5pm.
