This is a great opportunity for someone junior, personable and keen to build a career in residential sales. The role would suit someone who is confident speaking with people, enjoys being out on viewings and is looking to learn within a busy South West London property market.
The role will involve supporting the wider sales team with viewings, registering applicants, speaking with buyers and helping to manage enquiries. You do not need years of experience, but you should be enthusiastic, well-presented and comfortable working in a client-facing environment.

Key responsibilities:
Conducting property viewings with prospective buyers
Registering new applicants and understanding their search requirements
Following up with applicants after viewings
Supporting the sales team with day-to-day activity
Maintaining strong communication with buyers and colleagues
Providing a professional and helpful service throughout the process
The ideal candidate:
Junior sales or estate agency experience would be beneficial
Confident, personable and professional
Strong communication skills
Keen to build a career in residential property
Organised and proactive
Comfortable working in a busy office environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Package and hours:
£20,000 basic salary
6-month contract with potential to go permanent
Monday to Friday, 8:45am–6:00pm
Every 3rd Saturday, 10:00am–4:00pm
