The Role

We’re recruiting for a growing professional services team seeking a Claims Handler / Paralegal to manage a varied caseload of litigation and recovery matters.

This is a great opportunity for someone with claims handling, litigation or paralegal experience who wants greater responsibility, exposure to complex cases and genuine career development.

You’ll manage your own files whilst supporting senior colleagues on higher-value matters, handling cases from initial instruction through to resolution.


Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of claims and recovery matters.
• Assist with higher-value and more complex disputes.
• Draft correspondence and legal documentation.
• Liaise with clients, third parties and legal representatives.
• Ensure files are progressed efficiently and within agreed timescales.
• Maintain accurate records and case management information.


You’ll ideally have:

• Claims handling and/or paralegal experience.
• Litigation experience and knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules (CPR).
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• A proactive and client-focused approach.
• Good Microsoft Office skills.
