Full job descriptionWe’re looking for an experienced Creative Director to join a leading creative agency on upcoming client projects. We’re looking for someone who is highly conceptual, culturally aware and commercially minded, with the ability to lead creative from the initial idea through to final delivery.
The role*Lead the creative direction across integrated and social-first campaigns.
*Develop big, culturally relevant creative ideas from brief through to execution.
*Set the creative vision and maintain a high standard of craft across all work.
*Work closely with strategy, account, production and design teams to bring ideas to life.
*Present and sell creative concepts confidently to clients and stakeholders.
*Lead and inspire creative teams, giving clear direction and feedback throughout projects.
*Develop ideas across social, digital, film, OOH, experiential and wider campaign channels.
*Ensure creative work is relevant to the audience, platform and cultural moment.
*Contribute to pitches, new business and proactive creative opportunities.
*Balance creative ambition with commercial objectives, timelines and client requirements.
What we’re looking for*Proven experience as a Creative Director within a creative agency.
*A strong portfolio demonstrating big ideas and integrated campaign thinking.
*Excellent conceptual skills and the ability to turn a brief into a compelling creative platform.
*Strong understanding of social, digital and contemporary culture.
*Confident presenting, pitching and defending creative work to clients.
*Experience leading and mentoring creative teams.
*Strong eye for craft and attention to detail.
*Comfortable working across multiple projects and fast-paced agency environments.
*Someone who is hands-on, collaborative and able to get stuck into the work when needed.
