Edmund & Evans is partnering with a fast-growing executive search firm specialising in Asset Management and Insurance. The business has more than doubled its revenue and grown from 6 to 14 people in just 18 months.
This is not a typical recruitment role. No commission targets, no recruitment desk and no high-volume calling. You’ll be trained to research financial markets, identify senior talent and support retained executive searches for major financial institutions.

What will you be doing?
You’ll support senior consultants on retained searches across Asset Management and Insurance, including:
*Researching financial services firms and markets
*Identifying and approaching senior-level candidates
*Market mapping and competitor research
*Producing high-quality written research
*Supporting candidate interviews and client projects
*Building relationships with senior professionals as you develop
You’ll gain more candidate and client exposure as your experience grows.
