Crewe (with nationwide travel)
£55,000 + Car Allowance
Monday to Friday
I’m working with a training provider looking for an experienced Signalling Engineer to move into a training role, delivering to apprentices and existing rail professionals.
No previous teaching experience or teaching qualifications are required. They’re happy to recruit someone directly from industry and will provide full training and put you through the relevant teaching qualifications.
The role
*Deliver signalling training across maintenance, fault finding, installation and basic signalling
*Train and upskill Network Rail employees and other rail professionals
*Deliver a mix of classroom and practical-based sessions
*Work from the Crewe centre alongside delivery at client sites across the UK
*Support learners through their training and development
What they’re looking for
*Strong background within rail signalling
*Experience across signalling maintenance and/or installation
*Good technical knowledge and practical experience
*Confident communicator who enjoys supporting and developing others
*Previous mentoring, coaching or apprentice support would be beneficial
*Willingness to travel nationwide
*No teaching qualification required
