Key Responsibilities
* Provide HR advice and guidance across a range of employee relations matters.
* Support, coach and influence managers on people-related issues.
* Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies across the HR function.
* Contribute to HR projects and wider organisational initiatives.
* Analyse HR trends and provide insights to support decision-making.
Key Requirements
* Previous experience in a generalist HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor position.
* Strong employee relations knowledge and case management experience.
* Ability to build credibility with stakeholders and challenge constructively where required.
* Experience supporting process improvements or change initiatives.
* Organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
