We are seeking polished, professional and personable Temporary Concierges to join our team, providing outstanding front-of-house service across some of London’s most prestigious residential developments.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for luxury hospitality, residential services and delivering a first-class experience to residents and their guests.
The Role
As a Temporary Concierge, you will be responsible for creating a warm, professional and welcoming environment while maintaining the high standards expected within a premium residential development.
Key responsibilities include:
*Welcoming and assisting residents, guests and visitors
*Managing the reception and front-of-house area
*Handling resident requests and enquiries professionally
*Managing deliveries, parcels and courier collections
*Coordinating contractors, visitors and appointments
*Monitoring access and maintaining building security procedures
*Providing exceptional customer service at all times
*Assisting with resident events and development activities
*Liaising with building management and other on-site teams
*Maintaining accurate logs and handover information
About You
We are looking for candidates who are:
*Immaculately presented and confident
*Warm, discreet and naturally service-focused
*Excellent communicators with a professional manner
*Reliable, punctual and highly organised
*Comfortable working with high-net-worth residents and VIP guests
*Experienced in luxury hospitality, hotels, concierge, property or premium customer service
*Able to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience within luxury residential, five-star hospitality or premium front-of-house environments is highly desirable.
