Hours: Monday to Friday 9.3am-5.30pm
Hourly Rate: £32-£35k pro rata
Start Date: Immediate up to 1 months booking with potential to extend


We are currently looking for a Temporary Property Administrator to join a busy property team based in Hendon. You will be assisting a fabulous property manager with her portfolio and providing admin assistance.
This is a great opportunity for an organised and reliable administrator who enjoys a varied role and is confident dealing with tenants, contractors and colleagues.
Key Duties
*Assisting the Property Manager with day-to-day administration
*Answering incoming calls and dealing with enquiries professionally
*Liaising with contractors and arranging access and appointments
*Coordinating maintenance requests and following up with contractors
*Updating property records and systems
*Managing emails and general correspondence
*Preparing and organising property-related documentation
*Providing general administrative support to the property team
The Ideal Candidate
*Previous administration experience is essential
*Property administration experience is desirable
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Confident answering calls and dealing with contractors
*Good attention to detail
*Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
*Reliable, proactive and professional
*Good IT skills
