Lunaria Recruitment is looking for a lovely, customer-focused SeniorOptical Assistant to join a friendly and well-established independent optical practice in Golders Green.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building genuine relationships with customers and wants to work in a professional, supportive environment where patient care and service really come first.
The Role
As a Senior Optical Assistant, you’ll be supporting the team and creating a brilliant experience for every patient. Your responsibilities will include:
*Welcoming patients and providing warm, exceptional customer service
*Carrying out pre-screening and eye health checks
*Supporting a smooth handover to the Optometrist
*Dispensing spectacles and advising on lens options
*Helping customers choose frames to suit their needs and style
*Managing collections and aftercare appointments
*Fitting, adjusting and repairing spectacles
*Providing contact lens teaches and ongoing support
*Completing administrative duties accurately
*Supporting the wider team with the smooth running of the practice
*Maintaining the high standards expected within an independent practice
