A leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Bury is looking for a part qualified ACA or ACCA Audit Semi Senior to support audit assignments across a varied client portfolio and build towards Senior level.
The team is friendly and well regarded locally, with a structured pathway to Senior and a firm that takes training and study seriously. Crowe Watson Recruitment has a strong presence across the North West accountancy market.
What’s the day to day of the role:
*Assisting on audit assignments from planning through to completion
*Preparing audit files and working papers to a high standard under supervision
*Developing positive client relationships in a professional and confident manner
*Supporting senior team members on more complex audit and assurance work
*Managing your own workload with an awareness of deadlines and budgets
Required skills and qualifications:
*ACA or ACCA student or part qualified, actively studying towards full qualification
*At least two years’ experience within a UK Practice environment
*Solid practical experience of audit work gained in a practice setting
*Good working knowledge of UK auditing standards and financial reporting frameworks
*Strong attention to detail, well organised, with a positive and team oriented attitude
