A great opportunity has arisen for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor, Associate or Senior Associate to join a growing Glasgow litigation team. Applications are welcomed from lawyers with 2+ years’ PQE through to Senior Associate level who are looking to handle a varied caseload and develop their careers within a supportive environment.

The role
*Manage a varied caseload of dispute resolution matters
*Draft and progress Sheriff Court actions
*Assist with negotiations and settlement discussions
*Work collaboratively on more complex disputes
*Build and maintain client relationships
About you
*2+ years’ PQE, up to and including Senior Associate level
*Broad litigation experience covering property, contract, debt recovery and housing disputes
*Experience drafting and progressing court actions through the Sheriff Court
*Organisational and client relationship skills
*Able to manage a varied caseload and work independently when required
