About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Health Care Assistant to join our dedicated team in Wolverhampton. You will provide high-quality, person-centred care and support, helping individuals maintain their dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities*Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
*Support individuals with mobility and daily living activities.
*Assist with meals, hydration, and medication prompts where required.
*Monitor and report changes in health and wellbeing.
*Maintain accurate care records and documentation.
*Promote dignity, independence, and person-centred care.
*Work collaboratively with colleagues, healthcare professionals, and family members.
Essential Requirements*Previous care experience is essential.
*Valid CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) training is mandatory.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Caring, compassionate, and professional approach.
*Ability to work effectively within a team.
*Flexible and reliable with a commitment to high-quality care.
*Right to work in the UK.
Mandatory Training Applicants must hold current certification in:
*CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention)
*Safeguarding Adults
*Basic Life Support (BLS)
*Moving and Handling
*Infection Prevention and Control
