IntroductionAcorn by Synergie is recruiting an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a well-established and growing foundry in Yeovil.
This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and motivated forklift driver looking for long-term, full-time employment, with opportunities for training, development and career progression.
Working within a busy manufacturing environment, you’ll play an important role in safely moving materials and finished products around the site while supporting the wider production team.
What We Offer*£13.96 per hour.
*Monday to Friday, 7am-5pm.

Key Duties*Safely operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck.
*Load and unload materials, stock and finished products.
*Move materials safely around the production and foundry areas.
*Support production operations when required.
*Carry out forklift checks and report any issues.
*Follow all Health & Safety procedures and site rules.
*Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
Requirements*Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence is essential.
*Previous counterbalance forklift experience within a manufacturing, warehouse or industrial environment.
*Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures.
*Reliable, hardworking and punctual.
*Strong teamworking skills.
*Flexible approach and willingness to support wider production activities.
