We’re looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst – Travel & Expense to join a sass based company and play a key role in helping global clients turn their Travel & Expense data into meaningful business insights.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in finance, data analysis or business intelligence who is curious, analytical and excited to develop their skills within an innovative technology business.

What will you be doing? You’ll work closely with clients throughout their journey, supporting implementation, analysing data and developing reporting solutions that help businesses make better decisions.
Your responsibilities will include:

?? Supporting client onboarding and implementation
?? Managing data acquisition and supporting ETL processes
?? Analysing Travel & Expense data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities
?? Creating reports and dashboards tailored to client requirements
?? Working with senior stakeholders and building strong client relationships
?? Supporting project planning, timelines and deliverables
?? Identifying opportunities to improve processes and reporting
?? Turning complex data into clear, actionable insights

Analytical and detail-oriented, with a strong eye for accuracy
Naturally curious and enjoy working with data and numbers
From a finance, data analysis or BI background
Tech-savvy and interested in AI and emerging technologies
Confident communicating with clients and stakeholders
Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
Keen to learn, develop and build a long-term career in BI
Travel industry is preferred.
