Manchester City Centre – Office Based
£33,000 – £35,000
We are working with a long-standing client who is an established international property management business continuing to grow, based in the heart of Manchester.
They’re looking for a Credit Controller to join a supportive team and take ownership of the credit control process from start to finish.
You’ll manage rental arrears, communicate with landlords and tenants, prioritise your own workload and ensure accounts are followed through to resolution. This is a customer focused, carefully managed process, with the freedom to manage your priorities independently and a supportive manager available when needed.
The role would suit someone with experience of Section 8 notices who is organised, proactive, confident communicating with customers and internal departments, and enjoys taking ownership of their work.
