Full job descriptionA rare and exciting opportunity has arisen within Sytner Group for an exceptional and experienced leader to join us as Head of Business at Mercedes-Benz of Sunderland.
Working with one of the world’s most iconic automotive brands, you will assume full responsibility for the overall performance of the dealership, driving sustainable growth and profitability while making a significant contribution to the continued success of Mercedes-Benz of Sunderland and Sytner Group.
This is a high-profile leadership role that requires a motivated, commercially astute, and inspirational individual with the drive and passion to create an environment where our commitments to our key stakeholders, Colleagues, Customers and Manufacturers, are consistently delivered.
As Head of Business, you will lead all aspects of dealership operations, working closely with an established management team to deliver outstanding results across sales, aftersales, customer experience, people development, and financial performance.
To be successful in this role, you will be an accomplished senior leader with a proven track record of delivering exceptional business performance within a customer-focused environment.
