Full job descriptionReed Finance are pleased to be supporting a well-established and growing professional services firm in their search for a newly created Head of Finance figure to lead its finance function and support the business through an exciting period of growth and transformation.
Reporting into senior management. you will lead a small finance function and play a key role in improving financial processes, enhancing reporting, strengthening controls, and driving business performance.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead and develop the finance team.
*Manage cashflow, forecasting and financial reporting.
*Deliver timely monthly and quarterly management accounts.
*Drive process improvements, efficiencies and cost controls.
*Manage year-end accounts, VAT, payroll and external auditor relationships.
*Support credit control, debt management and profitability initiatives.
*Maintain robust financial controls and compliance with relevant regulations.
About You
*ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
*Proven finance leadership experience within a similar environment
*Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, financial controls and management reporting.
*Commercially minded, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive change.
*Hands-on leader with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
