*significant experience of working in an adjudication or arbitration role.
*experience of the UK legal system and the functions of Tribunals.
*an understanding of the role and function of local authority enforcement policies and practices.


Desirable


*Experience of working in or for a local authority or other enforcement body.
*in-depth understanding of legal process governing adjudication and arbitration.
*understand the legal framework that local authorities operate in (including the code of conduct)
*understanding of the role and function of an enforcement authority
*understanding of the Estate Agents Act and/or other Trading Standards legislation.
