A growing, profitable international SaaS business is seeking a Finance Manager to join its expanding finance team. This is a newly created role offering significant exposure across financial control, management reporting, international operations and process improvement within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will take ownership of the month-end process, management accounts, group consolidations and oversight of overseas entities, while helping to build a scalable finance function capable of supporting continued growth.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong finance professional who enjoys improving processes, driving efficiencies and partnering with stakeholders across a growing international business.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead the month-end close process and ensure timely delivery of management accounts.
*Prepare consolidated reporting across multiple international entities.
*Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and maintain a strong financial control environment.
*Manage relationships with external overseas accountants and external advisors.
*Support budgeting, forecasting and commercial analysis.
*Drive process improvements, automation initiatives and reporting enhancements.
*Support statutory compliance, audits and governance activities.
*Mentor junior members of the finance team.
Essential Requirements
Applications will only be considered from candidates who meet the following criteria:
*Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
*Previous experience working within a SaaS business is essential.
*Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills are essential.
*Proven experience owning month-end close and management reporting processes.
*Experience producing consolidated accounts within a multi-entity environment.
*Strong understanding of financial controls, reconciliations and audit requirements.
*Ability to work independently and take ownership within a remote-first business.
*Continuous improvement mindset with an interest in automation and technology.
Desirable Experience
*Exposure to international entities and multi-currency reporting.
*Experience with subscription revenue models, deferred revenue, ARR and MRR reporting.
*Knowledge of Xero or similar cloud-based finance systems.
*Experience improving finance processes through automation and technology.
