Job Description:
Full job descriptionCrawley | £13.20 per hour + 10% shift allowance (£14.52 per hour) | Monday to Friday | 6:00am to 2:15pm | Overtime Available
First Recruitment Services are recruiting for Warehouse Operatives/Inventory Associates to join a busy and professional Operations team in Crawley. This is a full-time temporary position, initially for 6 months, with an immediate start available.
The Role
You will be responsible for supporting the receiving, packaging and distribution of products within a warehouse and logistics environment. Duties will include:
*Picking and packing customer orders
*Receiving deliveries and updating inventory systems
*Stock control, cycle counts and inventory checks
*Completing production and GMP paperwork accurately
*Following standard operating procedures
*Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and safety
*Working within ambient, chilled and frozen environments when required
*Supporting the wider operations team as needed
What We’re Looking For
*Good attention to detail
*Basic IT skills
*GCSE English and Maths or equivalent
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*A positive, flexible approach to work
*Ability to work independently and under pressure
*Previous warehouse, inventory or logistics experience would be advantageous but is not essential
