Bicester | Ongoing Interim Contract
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor to join a busy HR team during an exciting period of organisational and digital transformation.
This is a hands-on generalist HR role offering a mix of employee relations, policy development, manager coaching, recruitment support, and project work. You’ll play a key role in supporting the business through the implementation of a new HR system and improving HR processes and data quality across the organisation.
This role is based on-site in Bicester, 5 days per week, and requires someone who is available to start immediately or at short notice.
Key Responsibilities
*Provide practical HR advice and guidance to managers on a range of people matters.
*Manage and support employee relations casework.
*Review, update and simplify HR policies and procedures to improve accessibility and usability.
*Support a major HR system implementation and wider digital transformation project.
*Help improve HR data accuracy and reporting capabilities.
*Assist with recruitment activity and provide generalist HR support across various business areas.
*Contribute to reward-related initiatives and other HR projects as required.
About You
*Ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience).
*Significant HR Advisory experience within a generalist HR environment.
*Strong working knowledge of employee relations and employment legislation.
*Experience developing and updating HR policies.
*Comfortable working with HR systems, data, and process improvement initiatives.
*Proactive, adaptable and happy to get involved in both operational and project-based HR activities.
*Available immediately or at short notice.
*Able to work on site in Bicester five days per week.

*Salary of £45,000 equivalent on an hourly basis PAYE via Reed.
*Ongoing interim opportunity with funding currently secured until the end of the year and potential for extension.
