The Opportunity
We’re looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Brand Manager to join a growing direct-to-consumer business operating within the subscription services sector.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a well-established brand and lead a significant rebrand project, helping to shape how the business is positioned in the market while driving customer engagement, acquisition, and retention.
You’ll be a key member of the marketing team, working closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver a consistent and compelling brand experience across every customer touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead the development and delivery of a full brand refresh and repositioning project.
*Manage brand strategy and ensure consistency across all online and offline channels.
*Oversee and manage social media content across all platforms.
*Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
*Collaborate with creative, digital, product, and commercial teams to bring campaigns to life.
*Develop and execute customer-centric marketing initiatives that support subscription growth and retention.
*Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform brand strategy.
*Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers.
*Measure, analyse, and report on brand performance and campaign effectiveness.
About You
We’re keen to speak with candidates who have:
*Previous experience in a Brand Manager, Marketing Manager, or similar senior marketing role.
*Experience within a D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) environment.
*Exposure to subscription-based products or services.
*Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
*Experience leading or supporting a rebrand or brand transformation project.
*Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
*A commercial mindset with the ability to balance creativity with business objectives.
*Excellent organisational and project management abilities.
*Experience managing social media and content strategies would be advantageous.
