Other: A full UK driving licence is essential as travel will be required to visit patients at home
We are looking for a Nurse in Cornwall who will play a key role in delivering safe, effective, and patient-centred care in the community, whilst helping prevent unnecessary admissions.
This role offers the opportunity to combine strong clinical practice with independent decision-making, working as part of a multidisciplinary team to support patients at home during a crucial stage of their care.
It’s ideal for nurses who are passionate about community-based care, value continuity and patient experience, and want a role that balances clinical responsibility with meaningful patient relationships
Key Skills
*A nurse registered with NMC
*Post-registration experience in an acute care setting
*Experience administering sub-cutaneous injections and IV therapies, including care of IV devices
*Confident in supervising others and working autonomously in the community
*Is adaptable, organised, and comfortable working in a dynamic service environment
