Leadership Development Consultant
Are you an experienced leadership development professional with a passion for helping senior leaders and organisations create meaningful, lasting change?
We are working on behalf of a highly regarded, research-led leadership consultancy that partners with organisations to develop leaders, strengthen cultures and help people thrive in an increasingly complex and uncertain world.
They are now looking for an experienced Leadership Development Consultant to join their growing team and take a lead role in designing and delivering high-impact leadership programmes.
The RoleThis is a senior consulting position, working closely with senior stakeholders and executive-level leaders. You will take ownership of leadership programmes from initial client conversations and programme design through to delivery and measuring lasting impact.
You will be responsible for:
*Designing and delivering bespoke leadership development programmes for senior leader cohorts.

*Conducting stakeholder interviews to understand organisational needs and shape programme direction.

*Creating engaging learning journeys incorporating workshops, virtual sessions, individual learning and coaching.

*Designing and facilitating high-quality in-person and virtual sessions.

*Working with senior sponsors and client leads as a trusted adviser throughout each programme.

*Adapting programme content and approach based on organisational context and cohort dynamics.

*Developing coaching approaches and supporting coaching teams to deliver a consistent participant experience.

*Working collaboratively with programme management and wider consulting teams to ensure successful delivery.

*Contributing to the continued development of the consultancy’s leadership thinking, research and content.

*Identifying opportunities to build and strengthen long-term client relationships.

About YouYou will ideally have significant experience designing and delivering leadership, culture or change programmes, gained within a consultancy, leadership development or similar environment.
We are particularly interested in individuals who can demonstrate:
*Credibility and confidence working with senior leaders and C-suite stakeholders.

*Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills.

*The ability to translate complex ideas into clear, practical and actionable insights.

*A strong understanding of mindset, human behaviour and leadership development.

*Experience coaching leaders or supporting leadership teams through change.

*Strong written skills and the ability to create engaging, practical content and tools.

*Comfort working with ambiguity, autonomy and a high level of responsibility.

*A proactive, curious and collaborative approach.
