Hays Education are recruiting KS1 Teachers to work with a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools across Coventry.
Schools are looking for flexible and reliable teachers who can step into Year 1 and Year 2 classrooms on either a short-term or long-term basis. Whether you’re looking for regular supply work or a longer-term opportunity, we have roles available to suit your requirements.
Your new role
*Deliver engaging lessons across Year 1 and Year 2
*Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
*Follow school planning and policies where required
*Build strong relationships with pupils and staff
*Maintain high standards of teaching and behaviour
What you’ll need to succeed
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*Recent experience teaching in Key Stage 1
*Strong understanding of phonics and early literacy
*Effective classroom management skills
*A flexible and professional approach
