Full job descriptionVenn Group is delighted to be recruiting for an HR Officer on behalf of a respected not-for-profit organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional to join a collaborative People team, supporting the delivery of efficient HR services across the employee lifecycle while contributing to employee engagement, learning and wellbeing initiatives.


Key Responsibilities
*Act as a first point of contact for HR-related queries, providing guidance and support to employees and managers
*Coordinate key employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, contractual changes and offboarding
*Support recruitment campaigns, including arranging interviews, liaising with candidates and maintaining recruitment records
*Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems, ensuring data is up to date and compliant
*Assist with HR reporting, data management and ad hoc administration
*Support learning and development activity, including training administration and internal communications
*Coordinate wellbeing, engagement and employee experience initiatives across the organisation
*Provide administrative support to the wider People team, helping to ensure an effective and responsive HR service


Ideal Candidate Profile
*Previous experience within an HR administration, HR coordination or HR officer role
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise effectively
*Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records and processes
*Confident communicator with a proactive and customer-focused approach
*Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively as part of a wider team


Location: London
Duration: 3 month initial temporary contract, possibility to move to permanent
Pay rate: £18 - £20 per hour
Working hours: Full-time
Working pattern: Hybrid (2 days per week on-site)
