Up to £45,000 DOE
Must drive and have own transport
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Officer to join a growing organisation and support the delivery of a broad range of HR activities across the employee lifecycle.
Key responsibilities:
*Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees
*Support employee relations matters, including absence, performance and disciplinary processes
*Assist with recruitment, onboarding and talent planning
*Deliver and support learning and development initiatives
*Conduct training needs analysis and support performance reviews
*Maintain HR systems and employee records
*Contribute to HR projects, policy development and continuous improvement activities
*Support apprenticeship and early careers programmes
About you:
*Previous experience in a generalist HR role
*Strong employee relations knowledge
*Confident advising and influencing managers
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
*Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities
*CIPD Level 5 qualification desirable
