Full job descriptionTEAM ASSISTANT

Supporting a busy team of banking professionals, you’ll play a key role in managing administrative processes, coordinating across international stakeholders and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. TEAM ASSISTANT ROLE:
*Managing diaries and calendars for bankers at Associate level and above
*Coordinating and scheduling meetings and conference calls across multiple time zones, including German-speaking regions
*Managing high volumes of phone calls and emails in both German and English, ensuring information is relayed accurately and efficiently
*Coordinating room bookings for internal and external meetings and video conferences across multiple locations
*Arranging complex international travel, including visa applications, flights, accommodation and ground transportation
*Managing expense processing and reconciliations
*Processing invoices and maintaining accurate records
*Supporting German-speaking bankers and stakeholders with day-to-day administrative requirements
*Taking ownership of ad hoc tasks while managing competing priorities effectively
*Providing phone and holiday cover for colleagues as required
TEAM ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS:
*Demonstrating fluent German and English language skills, both written and verbal
*Demonstrating previous experience in administration, team support, PA, EA or coordination roles
*Utilising strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
*Managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
*Communicating confidently and building strong professional relationships
*Utilising Microsoft Office applications proficiently
