Overview
We are seeking a motivated Junior Developer to join a growing technology team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career developer looking to build their skills in a modern Microsoft technology environment while working on business-critical applications, data platforms, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
Working within a collaborative development team, you will help design, build, and maintain web-based products that deliver data and insights to stakeholders across the business. This role offers exposure to modern technologies including C#, Blazor, SQL Server, Azure, and data-focused solutions, making it an ideal position for someone looking to develop a long-term career in software engineering.

Role & Responsibilities
*Build and maintain web-based applications, dashboards, and reporting tools
*Develop and enhance internal and client-facing data products
*Write and optimise SQL queries and support data management activities
*Assist with the development and maintenance of bespoke software solutions
*Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective technical solutions
*Support data integrity, application performance, and ongoing improvements
*Work closely with colleagues across international teams to deliver consistent technology solutions
Skills & Experience
*Experience with a strongly typed programming language such as C#, Java, or TypeScript
*SQL experience, including writing complex queries and working with relational databases
*Understanding of HTML and CSS
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
*Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to development
*Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Desirable
*Experience with Blazor or .NET technologies
*Exposure to Microsoft Azure services
*Microsoft Fabric experience
*Python for data processing and visualisation
*Understanding of UI/UX and modern web design principles
*STEM-related degree or equivalent technical background
