Location: Park Royal, London
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 (DOE) + bonus (TBC) + excellent benefits
Shift: Days (Any 5 over 7)
Job Role of the Maintenance EngineerA fantastic opportunity which is not to be missed has come to the forefront for a strong Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established, fast-paced manufacturing site in Park Royal. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys being hands-on, organised, and proactive—supporting production by ensuring equipment reliability, minimising downtime, and keeping planned maintenance on track.
You will be responsible for planned maintenance activity with some reactive support as required, working closely with production to prioritise work and maintain safe, efficient operations.
Sector – Manufacturing / Maintenance Engineering
Non-Negotiable Requirements*Experience in a manufacturing / industrial environment
*Engineering qualification (minimum City & Guilds or equivalent)
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting supporting production output
*Ability to cover weekends as part of a 5-days-out-of-7 pattern
Requirements for the Maintenance Engineer*Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and completing maintenance schedules
*Supporting reactive maintenance / breakdown response when required
*Fault-finding and repair on a range of industrial machinery and production equipment
*Working safely at all times, following permit-to-work / site procedures
*Strong communication skills to liaise with production teams and prioritise tasks
*Supporting continuous improvement where possible (reliability, downtime reduction, housekeeping)
The Maintenance Engineer will benefit from:*Employment with a stable and well-established organisation

*Future shift change planned as the business expands (moving to earlies 6am–2pm when the new site becomes operational – discussed at interview)
