The Role*Act as the first point of contact for visitors and colleagues
*Manage meeting rooms, office facilities and workplace resources
*Coordinate internal events, meetings and hospitality arrangements
*Build strong relationships with suppliers and service providers
*Support employee engagement initiatives and workplace communications
*Ensure the office environment remains welcoming, professional and efficient
About You*Previous experience in workplace experience, office management, hospitality or front-of-house roles
*Exceptional communication and customer service skills
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
*Proactive, professional and solutions-focused
