An award-winning law firm with multiple offices across Surrey is seeking an Employment Solicitor with a focus on the business/client side. This prestigious firm offers a comprehensive range of legal services and is known for its dedication to client satisfaction and legal excellence.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Provide legal advice and representation in employment law matters, focusing on employer rights and corporate employment strategies.
*Handle cases involving employment contracts, workplace policies, employee relations issues, and compliance with employment laws.
*Represent corporate clients in negotiations, mediations, and tribunal hearings.
*Draft and review employment documents and policies for business clients.
*Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and regulations.
*Collaborate with other members of the legal team to ensure a cohesive approach to client cases.
*Participate in client meetings and legal consultations to understand their business needs and provide tailored legal advice.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Qualified Solicitor in the UK with at least 2 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in employment law.
*Strong experience and focus on business/client-side cases.
*Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Commitment to maintaining high legal ethical standards and professionalism.
