*Location: Surrey, South East
*Job Type: Full-time
*Salary: Circa £60,000-£80,000 (DOE)
Day-to-day of the role:
*Provide legal advice and representation in employment law matters, focusing on employee rights.
*Handle cases involving unfair dismissals, discrimination, employment contracts, and wage disputes.
*Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and tribunal hearings.
*Draft and review employment documents and policies.
*Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and regulations.
*Collaborate with other members of the legal team to ensure a cohesive approach to client cases.
*Participate in client meetings and legal consultations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Qualified Solicitor in the UK with at least 2 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in employment law.
*Strong experience and focus on employee-side cases.
*Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Commitment to maintaining high legal ethical standards and professionalism.
