*Location: Surrey, South East
*Job Type: Full-time
*Salary: Circa £28,000-£32,000 (DOE)
Day-to-day of the role:
*Assist family solicitors in managing caseloads involving divorce, child custody, and property settlements.
*Prepare legal documents, briefs, and letters under the supervision of solicitors.
*Conduct legal research and compile evidence for cases.
*Manage client communications and provide updates on case progress.
*Handle administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and maintaining case files.
*Attend court proceedings and client meetings alongside solicitors.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience as a Paralegal within a family law team, with fee-earning capabilities.
*Strong understanding of family law and court procedures.
*Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Relevant paralegal qualification or equivalent legal experience.
