Day-to-day of the role:
*Provide legal advice and services in family law matters including divorce, child custody, and property settlements.
*Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
*Draft and review legal documents and agreements.
*Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations related to family law.
*Work collaboratively with other members of the legal team to ensure a cohesive approach to client cases.
*Participate in client meetings and legal consultations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Qualified Solicitor in the UK with a strong background in family law.
*Proven experience in handling a wide range of family law cases.
