Full job descriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join a school specializing in complex learning difficulties in Wirral as a SEND Teaching Assistant in a long-term position. The school focuses on the development and learning of children and young people with PMLD, including speech and sensory difficulties.
This role would be ideal for anyone with a passion for supporting the development of children, as well as those with previous experience and knowledge of managing complex needs.
Job Details
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:
*Assist the teacher in planning personalised and engaging learning experiences.
*Supporting students with SEND
*Communicating effectively with teachers

*Strong communication skills
*Previous teaching experience or experience in working with children
*Knowledge about PMLD
*Ability to support the teacher in classroom preparation and delivery
