Exciting role on offer for a Health & Safety Officer to join an award-winning construction company where you will have full autonomy in your role, work alongside the H&S Director, and work on a variety of projects from land acquisition to project completion alongside receiving a generous salary and package.

The developing is thriving with a health orderbook for the future, this award-winning contractor builds high-quality projects in and around the North-West and have earnt themselves HBF 5 Star Status. They now looking for a Health and Safety Manager or Advisor ready to step up.

In this role you’ll be based out of the office, supporting multiple live sites and projects across the Northwest and surrounding areas, covering pre-construction planning through to on-site audits and incident investigation.

The ideal candidate will have Health and Safety experience within the Construction sector, residential experience preferred looking to take ownership of a region and progress up the ranks.

The Role:
- Health and Safety Manager
- Various projects from initial land stages right through to project completion
- Carry out regular site inspections and safety audits across active developments
- Provide ongoing support and advice to site management and staff
- Office and site based - 50/50 split

The Person:
- Experience in Health and Safety in construction projects
- NEBOSH certificate
- Organised, proactive, and capable of managing own workload and priorities
- Live in a commutable location to Stockport
- Looking for autonomy, stability and a role where no two days are the same
