Contract: Fixed Term, starting September 2026
Hours: Full-time
Academics Rochester is partnering with a forward-thinking Primary School in Chatham, Kent that is seeking a committed and experienced HLTA or Unqualified Teacher for a fixed-term contract starting September 2026.
The HLTA / Unqualified Teacher role involves covering classes across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, with opportunities to lead whole class teaching as well as support smaller groups in core subjects.
Ideal Candidate:
*Holds HLTA qualification
*Minimum 6 months’ experience in class cover
*Positive, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude
*Approachable, engaging, and encouraging with students
*Committed to safeguarding students in line with school policy and highest standards
*Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
