An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fast-paced National Accounts team, supporting one of the organisation’s key accounts. This varied office-based role will involve providing day-to-day administrative and customer support while working closely with internal departments including purchasing, operations, stock control, and customer service.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and adaptable, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment. Strong communication, Excel, and IT skills are essential, alongside a willingness to learn and develop within the role.
Key Responsibilities:
*Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks.
*Manage and process sales orders efficiently.
*Act as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and providing
*excellent customer service.
*Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
*Maintain accurate records of sales activity and reports.
*Support in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contract
Requirements:
*Previous experience in a sales support, administration, or customer service role.
*Strong organisational skills.
*Willingness to learn and develop.
*Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
*A proactive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
*Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
