Hourly pay: £12.71
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8/30am-5pm
Length: Until 9th September


Key Responsibilities
*Greeting customers and providing a warm, professional welcome
*Delivering excellent customer service both face-to-face and over the phone
*Answering incoming calls and dealing with general enquiries
*Supporting the team with day-to-day administrative duties
*Maintaining a professional reception area
*Assisting with general office tasks as required
About You
*Friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused
*Reliable and professional with a positive attitude
*Confident communicating with customers in person and over the telephone
*Organised and able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
*Previous customer service or administration experience would be beneficial but is not essential
