Description
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll build trusted relationships with clients and candidates, delivering high-quality recruitment solutions in a fast-paced commercial environment. You’ll be responsible for:
· Winning and growing client relationships through business development and consultative account management.
· Attracting, assessing and engaging top talent through targeted sourcing and networking.
· Developing market expertise and building a specialist recruitment proposition.
· Collaborating with a high-performing team to share knowledge and achieve results.
· Managing your pipeline and maintaining accurate records in Salesforce.
