Total Assist Recruitment is currently seeking experienced and motivated Clinical Psychologists to work across a range of exciting opportunities with our private healthcare clients throughout London, Greater London and Essex.


We are recruiting for a variety of specialist mental health services, including inpatient settings, rehabilitation services, CAMHS, eating disorder services, neurodevelopmental services and other therapeutic environments. Opportunities are available on both a full-time and part-time basis, with a range of short-term and ongoing locum contracts.


The Role

As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality psychological assessment and intervention to service users within specialist healthcare settings.


Your responsibilities may include:
*Undertaking comprehensive psychological assessments
*Developing and delivering evidence-based psychological interventions
*Providing individual, group and family-based therapy where appropriate
*Developing formulation-led care and treatment plans
*Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide person-centred care
*Supporting risk assessment and risk management
*Producing high-quality clinical reports and maintaining accurate documentation
*Providing psychological advice and consultation to colleagues and the wider clinical team
*Supporting service development and contributing to best practice


RequirementsTo be considered, you will ideally have:


*A recognised qualification in Clinical Psychology
*Current HCPC registration
*Previous experience working within mental health or a relevant specialist clinical setting
*Experience working with adults, children and young people, or specialist client groups depending on the service
*Strong assessment, formulation and therapeutic intervention skills
*Excellent communication and report-writing abilities
*The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
*A compassionate, professional and person-centred approach
