An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded regional law firm in Orpington, Kent.

The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of commercial and civil disputes while working closely with experienced colleagues across several specialist practice areas.
Matters will include:
*Commercial contract disputes
*Debt recovery and debt claims
*Landlord and tenant disputes
*Property litigation matters
*Contentious probate claims
*Civil litigation
*Professional negligence disputes
*Alternative dispute resolution and mediation
*General business and contractual disputes
This position offers excellent exposure to a broad range of litigation matters and the opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth of the department.
Key Responsibilities
*Meeting clients and taking instructions
*Providing practical, commercial and strategic legal advice
*Managing disputes from initial instruction through to resolution
*Drafting pleadings, correspondence and legal documentation
*Keeping clients informed on progress and developments
*Maintaining accurate file management and compliance records
*Handling client enquiries efficiently and professionally
*Ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards
*Supporting business development, networking and marketing initiatives
About You
To be considered, you will:
*Be a qualified Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE in Commercial Litigation or Dispute Resolution
*Have experience managing a broad range of contentious matters
*Be comfortable running your own caseload with appropriate supervision
*Possess strong drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills
*Be commercially aware and solutions-focused
*Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills
*Enjoy working within a collaborative team environment
*Be keen to contribute to business development activities
