Description
*Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
*Handle correspondence and respond to emails on behalf of management.
*Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute them as needed.
*Organise travel arrangements, including bookings and itineraries.
*Maintain and update records, files, and documentation.
*Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials.
*Provide general administrative support to ensure seamless office operations.
*Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Profile
A successful Temporary PA should have:
*Experience in a similar administrative or PA role.
*Strong organisational and time management skills.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
*Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
Job Offer
*Hourly rate, dependent on the level of experience.
