We’re recruiting a Corporate Tax Senior Manager for a growing accountancy practice in Solihull.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CTA-qualified Corporate Tax professional looking to take a senior, advisory-focused role with significant client exposure, leadership responsibility and progression opportunities.
You’ll work on a broad range of corporate tax advisory projects, while developing client relationships, mentoring junior staff and supporting business development.


Key Responsibilities

* Lead corporate tax advisory assignments, including restructures, reconstructions, M&A and acquisitions
* Advise clients on share schemes and venture capital schemes
* Manage complex tax projects from planning through to completion
* Act as a key contact for technical tax queries from clients and professional advisers
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Mentor and develop junior members of the tax team
* Work closely with Directors and Partners on business development
* Identify opportunities to develop existing client relationships and win new business
* Develop a recognised specialism and personal profile within the corporate tax market
* Build and expand a strong professional network


About You

*CTA qualified or equivalent, such as an ICAS tax qualification
* Strong post-qualified corporate tax experience
* Proven experience in corporate tax advisory
* Excellent technical knowledge and problem-solving ability
* Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Confident working with clients and senior stakeholders
* Experience managing projects and developing junior team members
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and wider IT systems
* Proactive, ambitious and committed to continued professional development
