We’re recruiting a Corporate Finance Associate Director for an established and growing accountancy practice in Solihull.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ACA/ACCA qualified corporate finance professional with proven transaction experience who is looking to take a senior role within a successful Midlands-based team.
You’ll work with an entrepreneurial UK client base across M&A, lead advisory, valuations, due diligence and fundraising, taking responsibility for transactions and developing client relationships.


Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage M&A and corporate finance transactions
* Manage sale and acquisition mandates from initial stages through to completion
* Negotiate key transaction terms and review legal documentation
* Prepare company valuations and financial models
* Lead financial due diligence and transaction analysis
* Prepare Information Memorandums and management presentations
* Support debt, equity and mezzanine fundraising projects
* Attend client meetings and provide high-quality transaction advice
* Conduct buyer, target and industry research
* Manage deal processes, timelines and key deliverables
* Develop sector expertise and build strong client relationships
* Coach and develop junior corporate finance team members


About You

*ACA/ACCA qualified accountant
* Proven experience leading and executing corporate finance transactions
* Strong M&A and Lead Advisory experience
* Experience in valuations, due diligence and financial modelling
* Advanced Excel and financial forecasting skills
* Excellent commercial awareness and analytical ability
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Confident working directly with clients and senior stakeholders
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple transactions
* Proactive, autonomous and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
* Strong leadership and team development skills
