Job Description:
Full job descriptionWe are seeking an experienced and hands on permanent Local Quality Manager to join our team based in Edmonton.
Shift Details:
*Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm or 8am - 5pm
Key Responsibilities:
*Leading and managing a team
*Quality control and assurance
*Health and safety for the warehouse
*Food safety and hygiene
*Commit to standards and compliance
Desirable Skills & Qualifications:
*Demonstrated experience as a Quality manager in a QMS-driven, FMCG or high-volume manufacturing environment
*Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 500001 and food saftey standards
*Certified Internal Auditor
*Proficient in problem - solving methods (e.g, 5Why, Ishikawa Diagram, 8D)
*Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Mircosoft Office.
*FSSC certification and/or HACCP Level 3 (minimum)
This is a hands-on leadership role. We are not looking for someone who prefers to remain in the office - active involvement on the floor is essential.
